RETURN POLICY

At glownestglow.com, we stand behind the quality of our automotive tools and detailing supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Category-Specific Conditions

  • Chemicals & Liquids (Coating Agents, Revitalizers): For safety and hygiene reasons, these items must be unopened with the original seal intact. We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or partially used.

  • Tools & Electronics (Vacuums, Horns, Pliers): These must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. Items showing signs of wear, installation, or heavy use will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item (such as a leaking bottle or a malfunctioning electronic tool) arrives damaged, please contact admin@glownestglow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
